What can I expect in my first visit?
During your first video visit with our nurse practitioner, you will review and discuss all of the information in your intake forms. This time allows our nurse practitioner to better assess your complaints in order to target their testing to what most ails you
Do you accept insurance?
Because much of our treatment modalities, including hormone restoration, nutritional and supplemental counseling, and weight loss may not be considered a medical necessity, most times insurance companies will deny coverage for these treatments. Therefore, we have opted to pass our discounted prices on medications and labs through our packages.
How do I prepare for a session?
Except for the once yearly in person visit, all other visits are done via a secured HIPAA compliant platform. So, you just need good internet connection, a phone or computer, and a quiet place where you feel comfortable discussing your treatment with our provider. What support do I get with a package? In addition to the services provided in each package description, you will have our direct business line where you can text or call as needed.
Am I required to get started after the initial free consultation?
Our free consultation is commitment free. After you talk to our nurse practitioner, you can make a decision if the treatment is good for you.
Can I use my FSA/HSA card?
Yes, we can use your FSA/HSA card for your payments as long as it has a VISA or MasterCard logo.
How do I pay?
During your free assessment, and if you are interested in the treatment, our provider will collect credit card information, collect your deposit and monthly payments will be automatically withdrawn as agreed.
What if I fear needles?
With different oral and topical options, we can tailor most of our treatments to accommodate this.
Do I need a primary care provider or can Improved Health Solutions be my primary care provider?
To better serve our clients and ensure that they get the best and most up to date treatment possible, Improved Health Solutions specializes in hormone replacement and health promotion only. We are not primary care providers, but we have an extensive number of primary care providers where we can refer you for care.
